About: University Hospital (Coventry)

Booked an appoint for 1.05pm on monday 27/11/2018 the car park ques were horrendous including a confrontation with some old plum who was in the wrong lane turning into a car park, his nearside lane had been closed.

got into the blood test centre with 25 minutes to spare, after booking in and seeing my name pop up on the board took a seat 15 minutes after 1.00pm no signs of being called, approached a helper who checked and said my name was still registered.

finally got in to give sample at 1.35pm, during this time people walking in off the street there were plus 17 of them (they were given a numbered ticket) who came in after me got seen to before me.

The system is crazy.

the two booking consoles I was told have not been working for three weeks, there is the old style red counter box where you used to take a numbered ticked and wait until your number showed up are there gathering dust.

The next time I have to go for blood tests I wont bother with the online booking system as it is a waste of time I'll just do like everyone else does that is walk in off the street.
