About: The Grey Road Surgery

I've called at 8 00 am to book an appointment

At 9.00 the GP called me back and booked me at 400 pm .. it's ok .. at 1130 am ive called back just to check if i could come later as i was working i was surprised that my appointment was swapped to 1200 !!!! I've tried to insist to have my appointment at 400 as the gp said me first but in vain!! Im really disappointed and annoyed as i have to go for holidays this Sunday!!!!

Hello thank you for your comment, although I'm unsure what your complaint is about, you rang for an appointment and were given one the same day at 4pm you received a phone call at 11:30 that same day from the GP asking if you could come in early that same day at 12pm? Perhaps the GP felt that your health complaint needed to be seen sooner on review, it could be that they may of needed you to attend the hospital and therefore it is better that you are seen sooner in the day, to be seen 3 hours following a request for an appointment is a very good service. If you are unhappy with our same day appointment system I would suggest that you called one of the managers at the practice to discuss this. Thank you
