would like to start off with if i actually see me doctor. he/she is fine.

but my oh my the IF is a humongous IF.

this surgery need to re evaluate their processes to be more efficient and customer friendly ASAP.

the current system is a failure and completely lacking in empathy or support for full time workers.

Full time workers are absolutely penalised with the appointment process,

anybody who work 37+ hours knows the stress when you are unwell so not only are you worried about your health but you worry about the effect it will have on your work (absences and doctors appointments)

for your local practice to be completely ignorant of this is a joke and something that seriously needs to be addressed.

i have politely tried to explain this to staff only to be told sorry, if it was that bad you wouldn't be going to work, which clearly shows they know nothing about health problems, because you can in fact continue to go to work whilst suffering a health problem.

empathy, common sense, common decency and correct and efficient processes seem to be missing in this practice.
