About: Freeman Hospital

(as a service user),

I had surgery to repair a leaking mitral valve at the Freeman Hospital in Newcastle in November 2013. Since then, I have been monitored by the cardiac team at the same hospital.

The care I have received across the surgical and medical teams at the Freeman has been outstanding. Every member of staff I have met has acted in an extremely professional and caring manner.

I am extremely grateful to the team for the service I have received.
