"Disappointed in nurses"

I've had a baby in Royal Surrey, however I found some nurses quite rude and very full of themselves. Some were better than others, very inconsistent though.
It was 32C inside the ward and you weren't allowed to open any windows, I had c section and had to stay for 3 days, thought that I will die from the heat.
In Addenbrookes hospital the nurses are the nicest ones I have ever met in my life, its a shame that it's not the same st Royal Surrey...
