"Didn't recognise the Sentinel name"

About: Sentinel Healthcare Southwest Community Interest Company / Referral & Appointment Booking Team

(as a service user),

My only problem with the process was that I did not recognise the "Sentinel" name. A message left on my answering machine said that you were a "clinical assessment service" and my guess was that you were phoning my travel insurance.

Dear shrub892,

GP's are required to hand out Sentinel patient information leaflets to all patients being referred to our services. However we appreciate that on occasions, some GP practices do not do this, we are sorry to hear, that you did not know who Sentinel was.
