"Thank you for making the whole experience undaunting"

I attended the Blake Day Ward on Friday for a cataract operation. My overall impression was the whole team  were like a well oiled machine, each action that occurred was seamless and all the parts fitted together like a jigsaw. I was addressed throughout my my first name, treated with kindness respect and humour too! Each action that took place was explained thoroughly and questions answered fully. Thank you  everyone in the team for making the whole experience completely in undaunting
