"Standards slipping since Circle partnership"

About: Hinchingbrooke Hospital

What could be improved

Attended Glaucoma clinic on 22 Feb. 2012.

Whilst standard of clinical care is superb why does it take 2.5 hours ?

The waiting area was completely full

Also the procedure for making another appointment is totally inefficient. Waiting for your next appointment in the post then contacting them to rearrange is costly.

Why not, right first time ?

We are very sorry to hear of your experience. All our staff at Hinchingbrooke work hard to consistently deliver high quality patient care and we are disappointed to learn that the standard fell short of what you expected on this occasion. I have passed your comments on to the general manager and clinical lead for ophthalmology to address your concerns.
