(as the patient),

I was getting an operation recently.

I would like to thank all the staff who were very professional and considerate.  I was under the care of Dr Yazan Masannat.  Everyone who was aiding him on that day were so nice and caring from the Anaethatist, to the nurses in the ward and theatre staff.  I would like to thank them all for their care and attention on that day.  The staff put me at ease and this was much appreciated.

Thank you for sharing the positive experience of your recent surgery and stay in ward 309. I have forwarded your post to Mr Masannat and his anaesthetist, along with the nursing staff in ward 309 and in theatre, and they are delighted that you were pleased with the care and attention you received and that they made you feel at ease.
