(as the patient),

I would like to thank the fantastic staff at the labour ward. On arrival after moving from Westburn ward I was warmly greeted and made at ease. Everyone my husband and I met were great in explaining what was going on and what they were doing. 

We couldn’t have asked for better midwifes we had during labour. For what was a stressful labour I couldn’t have asked for better midwifes.
We would like to thank all the staff at the wards for each stage of labour for going from Westburn ward, labour ward to theatre for an emergency C section. We received the best level of care.

Thank you so much for your very kind feedback. It sounds like you had a difficult time during your labour, but it's very reassuring to hear that you were well supported by the team in Westburn Ward and Labour Ward, and that you felt well informed and cared for.

The team work hard to deliver a high standard of care so I will ensure that your feedback is shared with both teams, along with your thanks for the care you received.
