Had to visit due to emergency on “mad Friday”.Havent been here for 10 years.Was so encouraged to see an NHS system working well despite being extremely overwhelmed.The staff were amazing from reception to triage to nurse to doctor.Professional,calm,organised in the chaos around them.I was in and out in around 4 hours which in reality I think was decent enough.
I also visited the out of hours doctors at Fairfield the following day and had the same experience
I just don’t think anyone should grumble at the hard work these staff do,and try to keep an optimistic front and manner at the same time.
