"A difficutlt day made easier by caring staff"

What I liked

My whole experience on the Richard Salt Unit day case ward was superb, I cannot praise the staff enough, I was dealt with efficiently and with care and this made a difficult experience much easier for me. Thank you.

What could be improved

The way some staff from other wards/area of the hospital spoke to staff on our ward and had un realistic expectations and didn't listen to what they had been told about reasons why patients couldn't be accepted, the staff on the day case unit were polite and professional.
