What I liked
I was treated in the Elmstead Day Centre. All staff were courteous, kind, attentive and understanding. The procedure I had was carried out in a calm efficient way, which reassured me and made me feel very better than I expected.
What could be improved
Personally I could not fault anything. I was extremely satisfied with all my treatment.
