I would like to say a big thank you to the A & E department who treated Lorraine (my wife) there on Saturday afternoon of the 22/12/18, She was treated with respect and care whilst there with a broken wrist.
The nurse practitioner and the nursing staff were fantastic, they respected and helped her to manage her phobia of needles and constantly kept us updated with the next step.
So many people complain about the hospital and A & E but our experience was second to none.
Thank you and well done to all the staff that work there, keep up the good work.
