"gone downhill"

This surgery was a lovely surgery until it joined with oaklands surgery, Now you can not get through on the telephone, going into the surgery you stand waiting 20 mins to half an hour to speak to a receptionist even if there is only one person already being served before you.. you can not get an appointment in under 3 weeks in most cases.

The doctors are very good and there is no problem with them , the problem is with how the surgery is being run.

We never had any of these problems at Yeovil health centre before the merger
