"Absolutely awful place and staff shocking..."

About: Miranda House

Very badly run, it's like a holding cell. Staff have no interaction with patients except to give them their medication, even then they leave them upset in their rooms every day, then shout through the door are you coming for your meds, a whole day can go bye and this is the only interacrion. Didn't even get told of any meal times so didn't eat the whole time there. Two male staff members were actually sarcastic and very rude (blatantly)..Could tell they hated their jobs. Staff stay all day and night in the staff room as previous reviews have stated on here this is correct, they just sit in there all day eating and chatting. If you knock for a chat or anything they all try to stay quiet as long as possible trying to get out of the responsibility of having to help you. Considering they are meant to be assessing you, it's them that needs assessing for their capacity in their jobs. They are a useless bunch of staff. Honestly received better support in A&E from overworked nurses.

Oh and if you are going to reply the same as you have to every other bad review about this place avondale miranda house by saying contact pals that's just a joke they never get back to you or take this seriously. Something needs to be done.
