What I liked

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to say a very big thankyou to the Surgical and Nursing staff both on the Ward 20 and Theatre. I recently attended ward 20 as a day case for minor surgery, and was met by kind, caring and professional staff. The theatre staff put me at my ease and everything was explained in detail to me.

My stay all be it very short, has made a big impression on me, I work in the NHS and know how hard it can be, and understand the demands and pressures staff are working towards in todays climate.

I couldn't have asked for better care.
