What I liked
I have been receiving treatment for hereditary Haemochromatosis for about 8 months now and attend on an almost weekly basis.
I have had no cause for criticism in all this time
The reception staff are friendly and attentive. The waiting area is clean & tidy and the clinical area, whilst spartan is clean & functional.
The nursing staff are very professional and helpful and give me confidence in my treatment and take the time to explain each stage of the proccess
What could be improved
My only complaint would be that as a regular visitor I have to pay £3 for parking each time to have the treatment. It would be good if I could get a discounted rate as I attend regularly
