"I was promised that my treatment would be started"

About: Arrowe Park Hospital

On my last appointment the consultant explained the options to resolve my lazy eye problem, Botox or surgery. Botox is not permanent so I asked for surgery. The consultant explained that he needed to test the strength of the muscle before surgery and he promised me that he would start the procedure as soon as possible. That was a few months ago and as yet I have heard anything more. I have always thought that the clinic was first class but as I am in this situation I could easily change my opinion.
