What I liked
Nursing staff were very helpful
Receptionist was friendly and appointment was quick
What could be improved
Consultant was helpful and said possible diagnosis, and at the time I was pleased with the treatment plan.
Until I received the a copy of the clinic letter from my GP, and also spoken to my GP.
The Consultant said to my GP another possible diagnosis that was totally inaccurate.
My family and I are very distressed after reading the clinic letter. The Consultant did not mention this to me or my family.
Anything else?
Very disappointed and angry
