"Totally unproffesional and rude"

Went to surgery to chase up prescription requested last week by consultant at QE after minor stroke, not ready not done also took in blood pressure monitoring as requested by consultant, male receptionist was really helpful, when person came out from the back and rudely interupted conversation and said when there are only 2 people on reception you do not spend time with one person, I asked the name and position Senior receptionist, I said I have a terminal husband am here because you have no appointments in 2018 have not done prescription in a week and this gentleman is actually being helpful and it will take the time it takes. Then asked if I wanted to come into a room to discuss it I declined and said no thankyou you are so rude and unprofessional I have nothing to say to you. I felt embarrassed for the staff member one she had no right to speak to a patient like that and that is no way to speak to a member of staff in a public place
