"Review"

I was 32 weeks pregnant and I had an appointment at East Surrey hospital with a consultant. I got to the Crawley hospital by mistake,holding the letter with my appointment in my hand and trying to find the green wing. I was well confused, so a staff member saw me and asked me if I need help. I showed her the letter and after she read it she said that I’m in the wrong hospital. I was so stress and I knew it I’m not gone make it on time for my appointment . She then said, don’t panic and come with me, I will see if any of our consultants can see you. Within 5 min she come back and she said:”I told you not to panick because we will find a solution. I called the East Surrey hospital to let them know that you are here and you will be seen by consultant”.

She was amazing,she went that extra mile to help me. All I can say is THANK YOU VERY MUCH to her. If everyone will be like you,the world will be a better place,

You definitely deserve your place in that hospital and I hope your kind gesture will be recognised.
