"Crisis what crisis? Great Practice"

Went back to this/my surgery for a hypertension review. Results were good after receiving quick and effective treatment following my original health issue and diagnosis. While there Iwas offereda flu jab which I declined. I declined because I had already paid Boots for the flu jab having witnessed the queues of people attending the St Werburgh walk in sessions earlier in the year.i realised the enormity of the pressure that it put on the staff when freebies are offered to the patients and didn’t want to add to the overstretched burden. I always receive good treatment and help at this surgery
