Just like to say thank you for an excellent service from Mrs Pettigrew and her team at the outpatients department at NHS Forth Valley, Larbert.

I had been losing my voice slightly and was referred by my GP. She gave me a quick and efficient examination in a thoroughly friendly, reassuring and professional way. She used a small flexible camera inserted through the nose to examine my throat and vocal cords and she was excellent in explaining what she was doing, what she found and what the way forward was. The procedure didn't require any anaesthetics and was painless.
A brilliant service. Thank you!
