(as a relative),

My mum was in Forth Valley Royal recently, she is blind so got me to leave this feedback for her.

She was so impressed with David and Doreen, who dealt with her ulcer. They could not have been nicer or more professional. They were so nice talking her through everything and giving her information the whole way.

Absolutely superb, from start to finish, so lucky to have them as part of the Trust.

Thank you for leaving such lovely feedback, I am sorry it has taken so long to reply, it gets a bit hectic at this time of year.

Doreen ensures I remain professional by setting such high standards and expecting me to keep up with her, and if we impressed it is because of the way we were taught by the previous generation of Nurses!

(I hope I am remembering the correct patient)

I trust everything is going as planned. Healing can take a while with these things.
