About: The Whiteley Surgery

Having read all the bad reviews I felt compelled to review my couple of recent experiences with this surgery. I had been unwell and was unable to get through on the telephone so my husband visited the surgery on my behalf to try and get a routine appointment. He spoke to a receptionist who decided the problem wouldn’t and shouldn’t wait for an appointment. She arranged for someone to call me. A lady named called within 30 minutes. We discussed my problems and she arranged for a prescription of anti biotics to be with my local pharmacy within the hour. Iam also diabetic and a few days later my blood monitoring device broke. I visited the surgery and the receptionist left a note on my patient notes. A few days later the diabetic nurse had rung me to say there was a new machine waiting in reception for me. I can only speak as I find and say I am impressed with the service I have received from a very busy surgery who are doing their best.
