About: Golden Jubilee National Hospital / Orthopaedics NHS Highland (Health)

(as the patient),

I am so grateful to all the orthopaedic staff during my recent stay.

However on return home to NHS Highland I have had difficulty finding out who is responsible for changing my dressing, and generally am being verbally dismissed and shunted from one service to another. 

Finally a community nurse has phoned but so much time has been wasted by the nurse, my driver/ carer and myself which, given a simple phone call to clarify the correct protocols,  could have been better spent.

My surgical experience at the Golden Jubilee was 5 star but I am being treated as an outcast now I am home.
