I arrived for an appointment at the audiology department. I was cordially greeted and shown where to wait. I was seen at the allotted time by Emily my attending clinician. Her manner was exemplary; she put me at my ease, conducted her tests and explained the results in a way I was easily able to understand them and  she answered all my questions  fully in the same way. I was then supplied with the appropriate hearing aid and again she fully instructed me how to work it.

Over the years I have attended various departments at the Hospital, all which I have been highly satisfied with. However, I feel my treatment today was First Class and I feel I should share the experience.

Dear Happy Hearer, thank you so much for taking the time to post your experience of our audiology department. I have shared it with the manager, Emma today and she has already shared with the team and Emily. They were delighted to receive it, I am sure it made their day.
