"Hospital operation"

I was looked after and treated extremely well, nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. I was told what was going to happen every step of the way. The nurses are so compassionate and when I had a few tears just before surgery a particular lady held my hand until they collected me. Everybody put me at ease and were cheerful and calming. The after care I received was excellent and the nurses saying sorry to wake me on my hourly observations, having any operation is not pleasant, but I can truly say my stay was exceptional and would be more than pleased to recommend kingsmill hospital. Please Thank all the staff who done my operation and the staff on ward 14, I was in room 13.
