Admitted on to E2 from A&E after feeling very ill for a month, having seen my GP a week prior and having completed two courses of antibiotics, further more I had been tested and it was only that I had taken ill whilst on holiday that the A&E Dr sent me to E ward after speaking to their registrar, at this point I still had no idea as to what was wrong with me, I was in agony with head pain and couldn’t bare any light in addition to feeling very ill.. I was greeted warmly by the night nurse, from that moment on both my mother and I was treated with the upmost dignity and after the first contact with the Dr I felt in safe hands, from his attitude to explanation of what they needed to test and why, put me at ease, the nurses, support staff including the lady who gives out the meals was ALL extremely empathetic, caring and professional I then was seen by a consultant who diagnosed me, she explained everything to me and the follow up care required
Thank you is not close enough for how grateful I am, what a fantastic job you do, day in day out Amazing!!!
"Exceptional professionalism highly appreciated"
