"I would recommend this clinic"

I awaited 2 weeks for my GP appointment- it was a routine appointment. There was no offer of an appointment outside of Monday to Friday 9-5pm so I had to negotiate time off work to attend the earliest appointment available which was in the middle of the day appointment.

On the day receptionist was polite and respectful- much improved in this practice over the last 5years.

The on screen name display is good.

Clinic rooms clean and appeared to be well resources.

The Dr I saw was fabulous; very thorough and respectful. Wore gloves appropriately when doing physical checks. Asked what I felt were appropriate questions without assumption being made. He listened and heard what I said and gave me clear indication of the next steps and timescales of investigations and treatment. The GP gave me time to explain and I did not feel under pressure. A thorough consultation.

This clinic has improved. I think they made a great appointment of this new GP.

Please Work on out of normal working time appointments please and the time taken to get an appointment otherwise this GP consultation was world class / like private service.
