I was called up for an appointment concerning my breathing, COPD exam, I arrived on time and the recieptionist had me waiting for an appointment with the doctor, rather than the nurse...However I waited over an hour and was eventually called thru'..to see the doctor...He said 'How can I help?'..I explained I was there for a COPD, he was very polite and told me that he didn't do that, that I should be seeing a nurse...He did however ask how I was, and checked my blood pressure etc and prescribed my usual medicine. I went back back into the waiting room/recieiption area, and tried to explain to the recieptionist (above) I thought she might have made a mistake because she sent me to the doctor, rather than the nurse.....and that's when all hell broke loose, she started repeating that it wasn't her fault, she didn't send me texts, she started ranting and raving about how I must have read the text wrong, I offered to show her, she's not interested....People are watching now and she's raising her voice and I suffer from panic and anxiety attacks.....Very aggressive and very rude, absolutely no customer service qualities at all........She was never going to admit that she had made a mistake, I had never even asked for an apology or anything...I just wanted to know what was happening.....She obviously thinks that speaking a loud resonating voice makes gives her an air of authority, it doesn't , it makes her a rude bully....
