When I first met Victoria - I was on auto pilot. So much was dysfunctional in my mind and I didn’t know how to get through the next hour or next day.
Victoria taught me how to live again, how to cognify my thoughts - to be realistic with my goals and to after years of self neglect begin to look after the person who I ignored, gave a tough time to, didn’t know anymore.... ME.
I learned in in five weeks how to unwire the mess in my head to live a calmer, realistic life and I began to breathe again- see tomorrow and look forward to the future, to not keep beating my self up and to begin to like me, my life and the future. Thank you Victoria. Your support has been invaluable, the wreck that arrived in September 2018 is now self assured, realistic, alive and living a mentally healthy life.
All I can say is we spend time sorting out our homes cars phones gadgets, we neglect the most important organ .... our brain. Fantastic Service. Literally
