"Wonderful ward 12A"

Arriving at the ward. I was greeted by a smiling cheerful nurse. She said Hello ROBIN. I was for once bang on time at 4pm. After that warm start I was overwhelmed by the efficiency of all nurses and doctors. I felt among friends and this was important as I was in for rectal surgery. One particular member of staff was extremely good at calming me down. Another member of staff was also very attentive after my operation.
