Dear Patient

I would be grateful if you could contact our Practice Manager to discuss this.

If there was a particular problem you encountered we would like to deal with it.

We are unable to look at your situation as your comments are anonymous and therefore we are currently unable to help you.

We try to improve our service where we can and appreciate constructive feedback which we are able to act on.

I am sorry you were unhappy with our service but looking at previous comments we have received good responses from patients.
