I visited the pathology lab early this morning (Saturday), very busy department.
I am not the easiest person to get blood from, the very lovely lady who dealt with me this morning was very patient and caring towards me. She did her best to make me feel comfortable while doing what she needed to do. I didn’t managed to get her name but I would like to thank her for being patient, caring and not making me feel rushed.
She even apologised in case I got a bruise. So thank you again for being so amazing and sorry to anyone who was waiting as the wait time defiantly increased after my visit.
