What I liked

The treatment I received was exemplary. I was in considerable pain when I arrived at A and E with a kidney stone. I was accelerated through the system even though it was a busy night. Follow-up treatment was also of the highest standard. I would have no hesitation in advising anyone to attend the hospital. Thank you very much indeed!

What could be improved

Better rewards for the staff! Higher pay for nurses.
