"Great Service"

I’ve been very unwell recently and I’ve needed the service 4 times in the last 6-8 weeks. Each time the staff have been very kind and helpful. 3 times referring me to out of hours gp and once to a&e.

When you first speak to someone they ask a list of questions, which can be frustrating at first, however with it being the NHS, it’s very understanding that they need to follow certain procedures to provide you with the right health care.

With the amount I used the service, I was worried I’d be aggravating the staff or over using the system. After asking about this, they were very reassuring and encouraged if I needed anything else to ring.

I have had a lot of worries over my health recently, especially due to the condition I have. The 111 service have totally reassured me, and eased my worries so much, I no longer have the same anxiety over my long term health.

Overall I would completely recommend this service to my family and friends.
