"Receptionist."

About: Stone Cross Surgery

Everything is too much trouble, rather than nothing is too much trouble.

Phoned up to ask a simple question, was talked to with a hostile manner and told i would have to go the surgery. I kept my cool even though i knew my question could be answered by looking at my records on the computer for a natter of seconds and the problem sorted. I wen't to the surgery, wasting my personal time all because a receptionist couldn't be bothered. I walked in and it took a receptionist seconds to answer my question seconds after looking at the computer.

What would i have done if i was housebound? To ill to come up? Elderly and not very mobile making it an unnecessary? All totally unnecessary and all because somebody couldn't be bothered.
