From the moment you contact them to having your health issue treated or resolved this practice is outstanding.
I had a precooked appointment for myself but my husband became concerned about his health and I felt he needed to see the doctor sooner than myself so gave him my appointment as it was easier for us.
The receptionist was not phased by this event, called up my husbands notes and without prompting from me found me another appointment that day with a doctor.
She was attentive whilst my husband was in the waiting room in case she needed to act quickly and call emergency services. Excellent is the only way to describe her.
My husband was seen on time by the doctor who diagnosed him quickly and discussed managing his recovery. What more could we have asked for or expected? - Nothing!
They are without doubt an amazing practice and I would recommend them to anyone as they are second to none.
