My wife is an inpatient at queens square and she had 7-8 brain surgeries. She had to stay in the ward for weeks and months. I was dissatisfied with few things but the outpatient manager helped me a lot , it wasn’t her job to deal with but she helped me a lot and gave me all the required contacts to deal with the situation. She must be very busy but she left everything and came to the ward check everything.
I really would like to give 5* because of this lady so please pass my appreciation to her. Also Pals team at queens square also works hard and try their best to deal with the issues.
