Appointment attended and all nursing staff amazing .had the misfortune to have attend hospital pharmacy to take prescription
This prescription could only be received at the hospital
Pharmacy staff surley, lazy slow. Not only with patients but also contemptuous to fellow hospital colleagues
A male nurse turned in at 1500 hours complaining a scrip had not been processed since 0900 and they were not answering phones
A fellow patient waited hour and half in bleak waiting room to be told they did not have in stock the items he required
Tv turned off at mains .all patient info leaflet holders empty.
Depressing to have a swift and professional service at all other areas to then be dismissed as a irritant at this area
"Pharmacy staff treat you with contempt"
