As a recent patient in ward 65 of The Southern General Hospital, I can now feel proud of my nursing profession.

The care I received was fantastic, the nursing staff were very competent, explained everything fully with me and relieved my anxieties. A special mention to Angie, who was on night shift, an excellent nurse. Everything about my stay was positive, spotless ward due to a cheery, hardworking cleaner, the ward clerkess had a great personality.

A terrific advert for the NHS.
