About: University Hospital Lewisham

(as a service user),

After a bad experience at Lewisham hospital and having to put in a written complaint 

Evette from PALs really went above and beyond to sort out missing appointments

The caring thoughtful manner of this lady restored my confidence and I would encourage other patients to go to PALs if they need support and assistance
