Overall veiw is that any time
I have had a problem eg, when I was diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes the the treatment was promt and thorough and the follow up teatments and information was there for me
the recptionists are always helpfui and polite
the overall waiting times are acceptable never more than 30 minutes late
