Last Friday 30 November I was admitted to Braintree Community Hospital for a total knee replacement on Courtauld Ward.
What can I say but what an amazing experience from all staff, clinical and non-clinical.
The care I received was truly outstanding on all levels and am sure contributed to my recovery, being able to go home on Monday.
Nothing was too much trouble,such kindness and care at all times.
What an amazing Team you are.
