"A&E wating 3-4 hours with a broken nose"

I've been assaulted and when I've arrive on that date around 5 am , inside the A&E I've stayed for 2-3 hours bleeding , suffering and keep asking for help to stop the bleeding , painkillers any source of help from the nurses which there were there chating about hollidays and days off.

Around 8am in that morning some nurse came and pass me 3 cubes of ice raped in a towel.

The worst experience ever , I had my nose broken , bleeding , pain , blood vasel broken and after 3 hours the nurse came with 3 cubes of ice raped in a towel.....
