"The staff were fabulous"

About: Nottingham Woodthorpe Hospital

I was petrified when I came in recently for my knee replacement.but the care and attention was fabulous.

The staff where great from the medical nurses to the patient cleanliness staff.

The operating consultant checked on me twice after my op which I thought was wonderful .

The physios were tough but needed to be and I was even escorted to my car safely when leaving.

I wasn't the easiest of patients but I have no complaints at all.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback and for your recommendation for Woodthorpe Hospital.

We do have a fantastic team of Physiotherapists and many patients say the same as you but early mobilisation following a knee replacement is crucial to optimising the clinical outcome.

All patients are different, we try to make them as comfortable a possible and provide fantastic care, that’s what we are here for and I’m really thrilled we took great care of you.

I hope you will soon be back to your normal activities.
