"Appalling parking facilities"

This is the fourth time I have driven a patient to RSCH in as many months.

The place is a building site and parking for patients or their transport is chaotic (and that is generous). What thought was given to patients comfort and convenience the project management team during the disruption?

Have you arranged alternative parking ? Clearly not a lot.

I had to park 20 minutes walk away thus inconveniencing your patient and needlessly blockibg yourdrop off point when i arrived to collect them.
