"Rheumatology waiting area"

About: Chapel Allerton Hospital

There should be a rule that if you attend an appointment you are only allowed to bring 1 other person with you because the waiting room gets very busy. This makes it hard to hear when you're being called and means it's very difficult to find a seat. There really is no need for a family of 5 adults to all sit in the waiting area for 1 person as I witnessed today! Given the department and the type of problems people have seats should always be available!
